Hi girls!These lemon cupcakes with lemon filling and merengue topping were made specially for "Tia Rose", Fer and Beta's mom! They planned a surprise birthday party for her, it was really cool. Look the decoration they prepared! I just made the little cups, with a cute scrap box decor and wrapper for party favor.

Surf Party

The idea of this Surf Party started because of this napkin that I bought at Party City....for real!

January is my husband's birthday... He wanted to start surfing again.... I thought: that is a perfect theme for his birthday!!! And the ideas started to come. See some of the pictures that our friends took for us (I was so busy taking care of other details), thank you guys!!!

Janeiro e aniversario do meu maridao...Ele esta voltando a surfar...este e o tema perfeito pra uma festinha de aniversario!!! As ideias comecaram a vir. Veja algumas fotos que nossos amigos tiraram para nos (estava tao ocupada organizando outras coisas), muito obrigada pessoal!!!

I made a surf board decorated with royal icing

Tags to close the favor bag (I am looking for pictures of those cute plastic bags with a sugar cookie and some "broken"cookie - giving an idea of the sand - if you have one please send me!)

Those were vanilla cupcakes with marshmellow, strawberries and "suspiro" (sorry I don't know how to translate, but it is a mixture of sugar and egg whitte)

I used some sugar cookies to decorate the cupcakes and some broken cookies as well

Usei algumas bolachas para decorar os cupcakes e algumas quebradinhas e trituradas tambem

Those cupcakes were fudge brownie with walnuts - the cucpake was so rich, that I decided to leave them like that, without filling

Christmas Cupcakes

Hello girls! Most of you didn't have a chance to see the cupcakes that I made for Christmas! Ana, a friend of ours, asked me to create different cupcake designs, including a cute box, tag and ribbon to give as a gift for her friends and family. I made a vanilla and coconut cupcake with operetta ganache filling, those who tried really liked it!

Ola meninas! A maioria de voces nao tiveram a oportunidade de ver os cupcakes que fiz para o Natal! Nossa amiga Ana, encomendou cupcakes de modelos diferentes, com caixinha, tag e fita, para presentear amigos e familia. Fiz cupcakes de baunilha e coco, com recheio de ganache de operetta. Aqueles que provaram realmente gostaram!

In all of the papers that covered the boxes I used brown shadow to create a vintage look.

Em todos os papeis que cobriram as caixas eu usei sombra marrom, para dar um efeito envelhecido.
